Rich brings almost four decades of experience in the development of master planned communities. He came to Daybreak Communities from Pivotal Group, where he was Managing Director for 17 years.
His last project with Pivotal was leading the entitlement and development team at Promontory in Park City. But Rich has worked on groundbreaking projects across the country. He led the development of Desert Mountain in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was part of the planning team for Reston Town Center in Virginia. He oversaw the Florida division of Mobil Land Development Corp., working on communities such as River Bridge and Sailfish Point. And he helped launch the development of the Stonegate community in Parker, Colorado.
Rich earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School and his BA in political science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
