Cameron Jackson oversees marketing and product management for Daybreak Communities. He is responsible for developing and leveraging the brand and product segmentation strategies that yield the desired sales outcomes across multiple neighborhoods.
Cameron has over 14 years experience positioning and marketing master planned communities, and has previously held similar roles with Sorenson Development and Sage Builders. During his time with the company, Cameron has made it his ongoing mission to identify and capitalize on new housing opportunities while adjusting to cycles in the broader economy. He has a knack for tapping into the nuances of the market and finding ways to leverage trends in consumer behavior before they become mainstream.
The result: Daybreak has been the perennial top-selling new-home community in the state for over a decade. And for several years it has even been among the 20 top selling communities in the nation, a remarkable achievement considering the relatively small size of the Utah market.
Cameron serves as a member of the Daybreak Community Association Board of Directors and is a Member of the Utah HBA’s Sales and Marketing Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA from the University of Utah.
